- On the homepage, locate and click the “Pricing” tab in the main navigation menu (If you have already Purchased a Plan and need to Upgrade you can Find this in the Footer of the Page).
2. Choose Your Plan:
- Review the different subscription plans available.
- Consider your usage needs—do you require basic features or advanced functionalities?
- Once decided, click the “Select Plan” button corresponding to your chosen plan.
- It will trigger the plan-specific page, where you can further explore the plan. Once you are sure of your choice, you can select either the monthly or yearly subscription. (Please note that the Hobby – Starter Plan does not offer a monthly subscription.) Select the ‘Buy’ button corresponding to your preferred plan.
Tip: Compare the features of each plan to ensure you select the one that best fits your requirements.
3. Complete Payment:
- Enter your payment information securely on the checkout page. ( We use Stripe for All our Payments)
- Double-check your details to avoid any errors.
- Click “Subscribe Now” to process your payment.

4. Receive Confirmation:
- After a successful payment, a confirmation message will appear on your screen.
- Additionally, an email will be sent to your registered email address containing registration instructions ( Please Contact us if you did not receive the Email , Add your Payment Information and Transaction ID while contacting to speed up our process ).
2. Registration and Account Activation

1. Check Your Email:
- Open your email inbox and locate the “Registration” email from TranscriptHost.com.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.
2. Complete Registration:
- Click on the registration link provided in the email.
- You’ll be directed to the registration page where you may need to confirm your email address ,
Set up your username and password and Provide any additional required information.
3. Activate Your Account:
- After completing registration, look out for another email containing the activation link.
- Click on this activation link to finalize your account setup.
- A success email confirming your payment and account activation will be sent to your Email.

- Return to TranscriptHost.com and click “Login”.

Uploading transcripts is the first step to making your content accessible. Here’s how you can effortlessly upload your transcripts.
Steps to Upload a Transcript:
a. Log In to Your Account:
- Go to TranscriptHost.com.
- Click on the “Login” button.
- Enter your username/email and password, then click “Submit”.
b. Navigate to the Dashboard:
- Upon logging in, you’ll be directed to your Dashboard—your central hub for managing transcripts ( If not redirect you can Select Dashboard from the Main Navigation to Open it ) .
c. Access the Upload Feature:
- In the Dashboard, locate the “Tab Controls” section.
- Find and click on the “Upload Transcript” control.
- Alternatively, you can directly click on the Upload Transcript link to be redirected to the upload page.
d. Upload Your Transcript:
- On the upload page, click “Choose File” or “Browse” to select your transcript file from your device , Fill in all the details . Required fields are only the Transcript Title, Show Name, Podcast Release Date (defaulted to the day you upload the podcast), and the Transcript text file. All other fields are optional and can be added if desired.
- Find and click on the “Upload Transcript” Button to initiate the Process.
e. Confirmation:
- Once successful, you will see a confirmation screen with three options: Upload New Transcript, Preview, and Edit Transcript.
- Your transcript will now be listed in your Dashboard with a default status of “Draft”.
Please Note : By Default the Transcript status is set to draft , you can make some final changes and publish it by visiting the Manage Transcript Page.
2. Managing Your Transcript:

Managing Transcripts:
a. View All Transcripts:
- In your Dashboard go the Transcripts Tab Control, you’ll see a comprehensive list of all your uploaded transcripts.
- Each entry displays key information such as the transcript title, upload date, and current status.
b. Transcript Status:
- Click on a specific transcript to expand its control options, including Edit, Publish, or Delete.
- Draft: Indicates the transcript is not yet live and can be edited.
- Published: The transcript is live and visible to your audience.
c. Access Transcript Controls:
- Click on a specific transcript to expand its control options, including Edit, Publish, View, Share and Change Link.
- These controls allow you to perform various actions on your transcripts effortlessly ( We will Explore these controls later in this section).
3. Publishing Your Transcript:
Publishing makes your transcript accessible to your audience. Follow these steps to take your transcript live..
Steps to Publish a Transcript:
a. Navigate to Your Dashboard:
- Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard page .
- Location the Tab Controls and Make sure Transcript Tab is active , or you can Directly visit the Manage Transcript Page by Clicking the Button – Manage Transcript.
b. Locate the Transcript:
- Find the transcript you wish to publish from the list.
c. Expand Transcript Controls:
- Click on the transcript to reveal additional options.
d. Click “Publish”:
- Locate the “Publish” button and click it.
e. Confirm Publication:
- A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental publishing.
- Click “Yes” to proceed.
f. Publication Success:
- Your transcript status will change to “Published”.
- It is now live and accessible to your audience.
Quick Tip: Before publishing, preview your transcript to ensure it appears exactly as you intend.
4. Editing Your Transcript
Flexibility is key, and TranscriptHost.com allows you to edit your transcripts at any stage—whether they’re in draft or published status.
a. Navigate to Your Dashboard :
- Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard page .
- Location the Tab Controls and Make sure Transcript Tab is active , or you can Directly visit the Manage Transcript Page by Clicking the Button – Manage Transcript.
b. Select the Transcript :
- Locate the transcript you wish to edit from the list.
c. Expand Transcript Controls :
- Click on the transcript to reveal control options.
d. Click “Edit” :
- Click the “Edit” button to open the editing interface.
e. Make Changes :
- Update the transcript content as needed.
- You can modify text, adjust formatting, or correct any errors.
f. Save Changes :
- After editing, click “Save Changes” to apply the updates.
- A confirmation message will notify you of the successful update and you will redirect to the Transcript page.
Did You Know? Changes made to a published transcript are reflected immediately, ensuring your audience always has access to the latest version.
5. Sharing Your Transcript

a. Locate the Transcript:
- Ensure you are logged in and on the Dashboard page .
- Location the Tab Controls and Make sure Transcript Tab is active , or you can Directly visit the Manage Transcript Page by Clicking the Button – Manage Transcript.
- In the Manage Dashboard, find the Published transcript you want to share and Click on the transcript to reveal control options.
b. Share the Link:
- Click on the “Share” button associated with the transcript.
- A dialog box will appear with the transcript link. Click “Copy link” to copy the link.
- Paste and share the link via email, social media, or other channels to reach your audience.
6. Previewing Your Transcript
a. Draft Preview:
- For transcripts in Draft status, click the “Preview” button to see how it will appear to end-users without publishing.
b. Published Preview:
- Even after publishing, you can use the “View” feature to view your transcript as your audience would see it.

- Enter your desired slug. Note: You can only change the last segment of the URL, not the entire link.
c. Save Changes:
- Click “Save” to update the slug.
- The new URL will be generated, which you can share with your audience.
