Scenario A: Your Current Subscription Is Near Expiry

  1. Visit our Pricing page and select the plan that best meets your needs.
  2. Complete the checkout process to start your new subscription.
  3. Return to this page and manually cancel your old subscription. (Please note that automatic cancellations are not yet supported, but we are working on implementing this feature.
  4. Your new billing cycle will begin on the date of your new payment, granting you immediate access to the upgraded features

Scenario B: Your Current Subscription Still Has Significant Time Remaining

  1. Contact our support team to let them know you wish to upgrade while you still have time left on your current subscription.
  2. We will issue a specially calculated coupon code—based on the remaining value of your current subscription—that you can apply during the checkout process for your new, higher-tier plan.
  3. After receiving your coupon code, follow the same steps as outlined above.
  4. We are continuously improving this process and plan to introduce automation features to make upgrades as seamless as possible.

Please note : Same Steps needs to be Followed when Downgrading your Membership.

Only one subscription should be active on this page at any given time. The subscription currently in use is marked with the text “Currently used for your membership access.” To avoid any additional charges, please ensure that you cancel any other subscriptions listed here that are not in use.
